Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a Downtown Fort Worth client to hire a Workday Integration Architect / Senior Workday Integration Lead. This hybrid role will own the design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of Workday integrations across the enterprise ecosystem.

You will partner with People Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable data flows between Workday and downstream systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with hands-on integration delivery.
• Proven ownership of Workday Studio integrations from requirements to production.
• Experience linking Workday with payroll, benefits, finance, and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI/PICOF, RaaS.
• Deep understanding of Workday security (ISUs, OAuth, access controls).
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex production integration failures.
• Ability to document designs, specs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with People Ops, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT and security.
• Translate business requirements into integration designs and specs.
• Develop testing plans and runbooks for production readiness.
• Create long-term integration strategies and documentation.
