Jobot is working with a Fort Worth-based client to hire a Workday Integration Architect / Senior Workday Integration Lead. You will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday integrations across the enterprise.

The Workday Integration Architect / Senior Workday Integration Lead will own the design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of Workday integrations across the enterprise ecosystem. The person in this role will partner closely with People Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable data flow between Workday and downstream systems.
This position requires a hands-on integration builder who can also operate as a solution architect, translating business requirements into integration design, technical specifications, testing plans, error-handling processes, production support routines, and long-term integration strategy. The ideal candidate has deep Workday integration expertise and can support both implementation work and steady-state operations.
