Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Workday Program Manager (ERP Implementation) to lead a large, high-visibility ERP project across four workstreams. The role requires onsite presence in DC with 2 days/week on site and the rest remote, and a 6-month contract with potential extensions.

You will coordinate senior stakeholders across HR, finance, payroll, operations, IT, and vendors, ensuring Workday deployments align with enterprise standards, governance, and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Workday experience is a must-have.
• Experience leading complex ERP implementations.
• Senior program leader able to oversee a large, complicated program.
• Strong judgment in evaluating vendor recommendations and platform options.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Workday program across four workstreams and multiple areas of client.
• Align workstreams and coordinate the project managers.
• Establish the integrated project plan, monitor deadlines and budget.
• Identify gaps, risks, and issues early and elevate items that need attention.
• Put a written communication plan in place and report to stakeholders.
