Benesch seeks a Word Processor in our Cleveland office for high-quality document production and legal support. The role collaborates with attorneys and legal assistants to deliver polished documents and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to work across practice groups with various document types, including templates and styles, while maintaining professional client service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a law firm, legal support center, or word processing.
• Advanced proficiency in legal document preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word with advanced formatting features; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages and prioritizes work in the workflow system to ensure timely completion.
• Reviews job requests for accuracy before production.
• Meets deadlines and communicates potential delays to supervisor.
• Revises, formats, and proofreads documents to ensure consistency and standards.
