Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a WMS Software Engineer to join our hybrid team at Boulder, CO or Aurora, IL. You will develop solutions for the Körber WMS using Webwise Page Editor, Advantage Architect, and SQL, reporting to the Technical Lead.

You will write SQL procedures and support integrations with ERP and Kafka-based messaging, document changes, and participate in Agile ceremonies. This role requires collaboration with the WMS support analyst team to minimize operational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of software development, systems support, or technical analyst experience, ideally in supply chain or WMS.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, stored procedures, and basic data modeling.
• Familiarity with GitHub PRs and YAML-based GitHub Actions workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write and update SQL procedures, views, and host tables supporting warehouse workflows.
• Develop solutions to specifications on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Support integrations between the WMS and ERP, production tech, and Kafka-based messaging.
• Document changes and procedures for warehouse teams.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and participate in ceremonies.
• Deliver materials to support software change control and partner with WMS support teams.
