Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology is seeking an IT Lead – WMS Product Analyst (PG26) in Memphis, TN. This role will own the WMS roadmap, translate business requirements into Epics/User Stories, and manage backlogs for Marseille?

— Memphis DC operations. You will lead Agile delivery, coordinate deployment and change management, and partner with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable warehouse solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology or WMS.
• Experience with SAP EWM/WM and at least one major WMS solution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for warehouse management and execution capabilities.
• Own backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, and operations.
• Coordinate design, testing, deployment, training, and cutover activities.
• Drive initiatives around automation, RF handhelds, and digital transformation.
