Precast Erectors LLC in Hurst, TX is seeking a full-time welder to perform welding on precast components and structural elements, following blueprints and project specifications. The position supports planning, documentation, and training tasks in a hybrid work setup.

You will prepare and set up materials, inspect welds for quality, comply with safety protocols, and collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate lifting and securing precast elements.

Qualifications

• Experience welding on structural or precast construction projects.
• Arc Welding and MIG Welding skills for field and shop applications.
• TIG Welding and precision welding where required by project specifications.
• Knowledge of materials used in precast and structural work, including steel types and fasteners.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, weld symbols, and technical documentation.
• Commitment to safety practices, including PPE and OSHA/company policies.
• Prior experience in construction or precast erection environments is preferred.
• Relevant welding certifications or accredited training is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Weld precast components and structural elements following blueprints and project specifications.
