Role Description

This is a full-time Welders role based in Hurst, TX with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home for planning, documentation, and training tasks when appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing welding operations on precast components and structural elements, following blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. The welder will prepare and set up materials, inspect welds for quality, and comply with established safety protocols and industry standards. The role includes collaborating with site supervisors and other crew members to coordinate lifting, fitting, and securing precast elements. Additional tasks may involve maintaining welding equipment, reporting any hazards or defects, and supporting continuous improvement in field processes.
