Job summary

NorthWing Digital is looking for a web developer to build and maintain client websites. You’ll handle ticket coordination, diagnose site issues, implement new features, and QA completed work.

The role is hybrid: in Hopkins, MN on Tue–Thu with the option to work from home or the office on Mon and Fri. You’ll collaborate with the Web Team on layouts, functionality, and standards while balancing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• WordPress development experience with page builders, plugins, and code.
• Knowledge of Shopify development, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the basics of PHP.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear, proactive communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming tickets, gather information, and coordinate with the team.
• Track tickets from submission through completion and ensure on-time delivery.
• QA finished work and communicate status to the Account Manager.
• Maintain and update client websites in WordPress and Shopify.
