Job summary

Harnham’s retail and ecommerce analytics team seeks a Web Analyst to support a data-driven business focused on understanding customer behavior, improving digital experiences, and driving informed decisions across stakeholders.

You will analyze digital performance using SQL, GA/Adobe Analytics, and support AB testing while building dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker to inform strategy. This hybrid role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience supporting A/B testing / multivariate testing initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Using SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from multiple databases and sources.
• Leveraging Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics to measure website performance and understand customer behaviour.
• Supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to evaluate and improve digital experiences.
• Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within digital and customer data.
• Partnering with business and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.
