Selective Insurance is seeking a Workers Compensation Supervisor for our Charlotte, NC office who will manage a team of Claim Technical Assistants, an FNOL Coordinator and Medical-Only adjusters in a hybrid setting.

This leadership role aims to deliver excellent claims service, foster relationships with independent agents, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and collaboration with underwriting and agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves claim adjustments and reserves.
• Identifies potential fraudulent activity and refers to SIU.
