Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, data management, procurement, personnel management, payroll, and stakeholder relations.
• Directly manage a team of administrators across divisions.
• Prepare annual budget submissions and detailed financial plans.
• Oversee activities of the flow monitoring division and sewer monitoring programs.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Coordinate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
