You will coordinate across disciplines, mentor engineers, and serve as the primary client interface to exceed expectations.

The role offers a hybrid work policy, a base salary range of $112,000 to $145,000, and a strong benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and conveyance systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines and manage project delivery.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the planning and design of water and wastewater facilities, addressing challenges such as emerging contaminants and nutrient removal.
• Oversee diverse projects in water treatment, wastewater treatment, conveyance, and modeling.
• Serve as a primary client interface, leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Drive project coordination across disciplines and uphold quality standards throughout all design phases.
• Mentor engineers and designers, fostering technical growth and collaborative team culture.
• Contribute to technical strategies and design planning for project pursuits, leveraging client insights to shape innovative solutions.
