Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. In this role, you’ll help lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities, ranging from $1M to over $100M in construction value. What you’ll do

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and conveyance systems.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines and manage project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience in construction and startup of water/wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Design experience with advanced wastewater processes.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and sustainability practices in water infrastructure.

The base salary range for this position is $112,000.00 to $145,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
