Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. Avon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to build and sustain a continuous improvement culture in the Parts Distribution Center, train and certify staff, and develop comprehensive warehouse training programs.

You will maintain training records, ensure ISO/OSHA compliance, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with Operations and HR to support safety and quality objectives for approximately 120 employees.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree preferred; equivalent warehouse operations experience considered.
• 7+ years of warehouse ops experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a warehouse.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Training or certification in safety, quality, equipment operation, or process improvement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and sustain a continuous improvement culture throughout the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).
• Train, evaluate, and certify warehouse employees to perform duties of their positions.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver warehouse training programs (Quality, Safety, AS400, equipment operation, New Hire Orientation).
• Create and maintain training materials related to warehouse processes, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company, ISO, OSHA, and regulatory training requirements.
• Identify training needs through employee interaction and operational assessments; develop solutions to address skill gaps.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements for safety, efficiency, quality, productivity.
• Partner with Operations, Human Resources, leadership teams, and external training providers to support employee development and business objectives.
