Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to join our Tucson, AZ team. This role focuses on accurate processing of logistics invoices and providing financial, analytical, quality, inventory, and operational support across the North American warehouse network.

Approximately 50–60% of the role centers on invoices, controls, and cost validation, with the remainder supporting warehouse operations through analytics, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of logistics/supply chain or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data reconciliation and trend analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies independently.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP) and experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Process logistics and warehousing invoices, verify against contracts and rate cards.
• Manage vendor inquiries and escalate issues to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Assist month-end close and accruals for logistics expenses.
• Own reporting for quality and inventory governance, including reconciliation and disposition.
• Develop KPI dashboards and pursue continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
