Job summary

Encore seeks a Warehouse and Driver Technician (Class C Non-CDL) to support warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, QC, and inventory control. The role includes operating company vehicles under a Non-CDL Class C license and handling delivery tasks with a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound order processing, forklift operation, safety adherence, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of warehouse experience.
Valid CDL Class C license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong communication skills with team members and customers.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
RF-based WMS experience preferred.
Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.
Experience with DOT regulations and telematics ELD logs preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, ship, label product and pick up from inventoried locations; pack orders for delivery.
Perform basic quality control procedures and inventory control.
Prepare shipments for small parcel, LTL and internal fleet.
Operate sit-down, reach, stock picker forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
Deliver goods with Non-CDL Class C license and ensure timely, safe delivery.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain safe work area and participate in safety initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other departments.
