Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee our St. Paul, MN facility operations and build/manage our independent contractor delivery network.

You will lead warehouse activities, recruit and train contractors, and ensure safety and efficiency across final-mile deliveries. In this role you will partner with routing, customer service, and operations teams; manage contractor performance; and drive inventory accuracy while maintaining compliance and quality standards for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or lead experience.
• Experience recruiting, training, or managing independent contractors, delivery drivers, or field service teams strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in logistics or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
• Manage warehouse staff and establish optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Recruit qualified independent contractors to meet delivery capacity needs.
• Onboard and train contractors on delivery protocols, customer service standards, and product handling requirements.
• Track and report on contractor performance metrics including on-time delivery, damage rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
