Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston seeks a VP, Endpoint Product Security Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and maturity of enterprise endpoint security. You will build a shared product model with GTS Endpoint Platform leaders and align security requirements with platform priorities to deliver shared outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and endpoint security.
• 3+ years of leading cybersecurity teams.
• Experience implementing or maturing enterprise security platforms and controls at scale.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of endpoint product security professionals.
• Define enterprise endpoint security strategy, product roadmap, and maturity plan.
• Build a shared operating model with GTS Endpoint Platform leaders aligning priorities and ownership.
• Embed security capabilities within endpoint platform services to be practical and scalable.
• Establish shared outcomes, metrics, and risk reduction across teams.
• Drive capabilities like application control, browser security, endpoint hardening, and resilience.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Desktop Engineering, Server, Cloud, and other teams to embed security.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
