Job summary

The Greater Boston Food Bank, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Fundraising Volunteers to lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of volunteer fundraising leaders and committees.

You will partner with Advancement leadership to scale engagement and drive revenue while ensuring volunteers are supported and activated. Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in fundraising or nonprofit development.
• Experience managing volunteer leaders or advisory groups.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• CRM experience with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of volunteer fundraisers.
• Drive engagement of committees and volunteer-led outreach to meet fundraising goals.
• Develop tools and resources to support peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Pilot and scale new volunteer fundraising models and events.
• Support annual engagement strategies and communications for committees.
• Coordinate onboarding and management of corporate advisory groups.
• Track fundraising performance and provide regular reporting.
