Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting fundraising, nonprofit operations, customer service, or related functions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enter, review, and maintain accurate data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support prospect management, moves management, and prospect status updates.
• Assist with data enrichment, donor contact information, and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports, meeting materials, and resources for fundraising staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely results.
• Provide backup for gift processing and donor acknowledgment activities.
• Support donor relations and stewardship communications.
