Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance verification and prior authorization experience.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and insurance carrier websites.
• Knowledge of HCPCS and ICD-10 billing codes is helpful.

• Communicate requirements to team members regarding patient insurance coverage.
• Process all authorization requests via phone or online.
