Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Analyst to optimize inventory across our store and distribution network. You will manage critical categories, monitor KPIs, and partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.

The role combines data analysis, vendor collaboration, and proactive problem solving to keep product flow smooth from vendors to DCs to stores, with a hybrid work arrangement at our Raleigh headquarters.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills required.
• Experience with inventory management systems (Blue Yonder, Relex, Manhattan, SAP).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and energy to lead the business.
• Outstanding organizational skills with curiosity and problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate workload across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders to maintain inventory at stores and DCs.
• Review KPIs like weeks of supply and in-stock depth.
• Track vendor POs from order to DC; ensure on-time, full shipments.
• Identify root causes of stock issues and optimize product flow.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners to improve processes.
