Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a visual designer and 3D rendering specialist to bring our products and brand to life. You will own end-to-end creative production—from importing CAD/STEP files to building photo-realistic renderings and scenes for web, print, decks, and trade shows—with brand guidelines set by our UX/UI engineer.

You will work independently across multiple streams, use AI tools to speed up workflow, audit assets for consistency, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Visual Arts; preferred.
• 2–4 years in graphic design or visual production; work independently from day one.
• Portfolio must include 3D renders or product visualizations across web/print/social/decks.
• Hands-on with a 3D tool like SolidWorks Visualize or equivalent.
• Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop.
• Video editing tools: Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Print collateral and branded apparel/swag experience is a plus.
• Tools: Google Workspace; Zoho CRM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings from CAD/STEP files.
• Build product scenes and environments for renders.
• Maintain a render library for marketing and sales.
• Design assets across web, print, decks, trade shows, and social.
• Design branded swag and apparel for events.
• Create templates and visual assets for the broader marketing team.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate conception and production.
• Light video editing for social or campaign use.
• Audit visual elements for brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI engineer to apply brand guidelines.
• Support Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams with on-demand design requests.
• Track asset output and turnaround time.
