Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a visual designer and 3D rendering specialist to bring our brands to life across web, print, decks, social, and swag. You will import CAD/STEP files, build photo-realistic product renders, and design assets for web and print while following brand guidelines established by our UX/UI engineer.

Independent work across multiple streams is expected, with AI-assisted design speeding your workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years in a graphic design or visual production role; ready to work independently from day one.
Portfolio must include 3D renders or product visualizations, plus multi-format design work (web, print, social, decks).
3D tools: SolidWorks Visualize, or equivalent.
Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop.
Video editing tools: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Print production familiarity: understands specs/prep for print collateral and branded apparel/swag vendors a plus.
Tools: Google Workspace; Zoho CRM familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings from CAD/STEP files (custom door counts, finishes, environments).
Build product scenes and environments for renders across apartments, lobby, mail room, and corridors.
Maintain a render library reusable across sales, marketing, and trade show materials.
Design assets across web, print, decks, trade shows, and social, following brand guidelines.
Design swag and branded apparel for trade shows, events, and gifting.
Create templates and visual assets for marketing teams to use across web and print.
Use AI-assisted design and image-generation tools to speed up production.
Light video editing for social or campaign use (captions, trims).
Audit existing visual elements for consistency and quality; align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with UX/UI engineer to apply and evolve brand guidelines.
