Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a visual designer and 3D rendering specialist to bring our brand to life across web, print, decks, trade shows, and swag/apparel. You’ll own end-to-end creative production—import CAD/STEP files, create photo-realistic renderings, and build scenes for multiple environments.

You’ll audit assets for consistency, follow brand guidelines set by our UX/UI engineer, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams while using AI tools to speed up workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in a graphic design or visual production role; independent worker.
• Portfolio required — must include 3D renders or product visualizations across formats.
• 3D tools: hands-on experience with SolidWorks Visualize or equivalent.
• Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop.
• Additional design tools: Figma, Canva, Illustrator.
• Video editing tools: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Print production familiarity: understands print specs and branded apparel/swag vendors

Responsibilities

• Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings from CAD/STEP files.
• Build product scenes for renders (e.g., apartment lobby, mail room, corridor).
• Maintain a render library reusable across sales, marketing, and trade show materials.
• Design assets across web, print, decks, trade show materials, and social, following brand guidelines.
• Design swag and branded apparel for trade shows, events, and gifting.
• Create new templates and visual assets for the marketing team.
• Use AI-assisted design to accelerate conception and production.
• Light video editing for social or campaign use (captions, trims).
• Audit brand assets for consistency and quality; flag gaps.
• Collaborate with UX/UI engineer to apply brand guidelines.
• Support Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams with on-demand design requests.
• Track and report on creative asset output and turnaround time
