Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Missouri RN license active.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of inpatient nursing experience.
• Charge nurse or preceptor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
• Support bedside RNs, assist with admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and Early Intervention Team.
• Provide patient and family education and ensure safety.
