Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary experience preferred.
• Comfortable with dogs and cats of varying sizes.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Comfortable with front‑desk and clinical environments.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Answering phones and responding to client questions; scheduling appointments.
• Processing payments and reviewing client information; coordinating patient flow.
• Filling and preparing prescriptions; communicating treatment recommendations.
