Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats of varying sizes and temperaments.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Comfortable with basic veterinary patient handling and restraint.
• Ability to work confidently in both front-desk and clinical environments.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Answering phones and responding to client questions.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.
• Supporting check-in and check-out and processing payments.
• Filling and preparing prescriptions and communicating treatment recommendations.
• Assisting veterinarians and the veterinary team with procedures and patient care.
• Maintaining clean, organized treatment and patient-care areas.
