Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a full-time Vendor Integration Coordinator - Benefits Plan Setup Specialist to join our team. This in-office position offers the opportunity to apply your plan-building and technical claims expertise in a meaningful and impactful way.

The role supports configuring benefit plans, coordinating vendor setups, and ensuring seamless integration with networks. Overtime is available and there is an optional remote arrangement to accommodate workflow and

Qualifications

• Prior experience with plan building and a health plan claims system (required for remote work)
• Ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues
• Experience in auditing plan designs and reporting system errors
• Strong writing skills with proper grammar and structure
• Knowledge of ACA and ability to stay current on regulatory updates
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments
• Experience with plan building and claims adjudication systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ACA, strong math, organizational skills, and attention to detail are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure new benefit plans and build group structures
• Coordinate vendor setups and ensure seamless integration with PPO networks and PBMs
• Maintain system tables, load fee schedules, calculate pricing
• Address claim processing issues and support system reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret client intent and deliver accurate configurations
