Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis is seeking a Delivery Integration Leader for the Defense Delivery & Execution team. The role combines program delivery with governance of the yearly delivery plan through Sales & Operations Execution processes, and requires travel up to 100% as needed.

You will collaborate with the P&L and Supply Chain, interface with customers and suppliers, escalate issues, and drive improvements to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for One Rolls-Royce.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management OR
• Ph.D in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the yearly delivery plan and governance via a robust Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process
• Interface with Customer and Supplier facing Teams to enable Defense success
• Provide robust and effective governance via S&OE, driving processes and interventions when required
• Lead initial level of escalations with both P&L and Supply Chain Organizations, supporting engagements
• Support divisional product delivery reporting for Supply Chain and P&L for forward visibility
