Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Value Stream Integration Leader in Indianapolis, IN. The role sits within Defense Delivery & Execution, acting as a gearbox between Programs and P&L for delivery.

The leader will shape the yearly delivery plan and drive governance through S&OE, while traveling up to 100% as needed. You will interface with Customer and Supplier teams to drive progress, escalate when needed, and ensure visibility of forward delivery across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience OR
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, PM or SCM
• Ph.D in Engineering/PM/SCM or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Support development of the yearly delivery plan and provide robust input.
• Interface with Customer and Supplier facing teams to enable Defense success.
• Establish governance via Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
• Lead initial escalations with P&L and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide divisional product delivery reporting visibility for Supply Chain and P&L.
