Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Value Stream Integration Leader to drive the yearly delivery plan and governance through Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). Hybrid work arrangement with onsite three days a week.

The role interfaces with customer and supplier teams and reports to the VP of Value Stream Integration. Successful candidates will have 4+ years in Engineering/PM/SCM with a strong track record in multi-site supply chains, Lean, SAP, and advanced analytics, and excellent

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or Ph.D in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management.
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the yearly delivery plan, providing robust input and challenges to balance P&L needs with Supply Chain capabilities.
• Interface with Customer and Supplier teams to enable Defense success.
• Provide governance via Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and drive interventions as needed.
• Lead elevations with P&L and Supply Chain, supporting Customer and Supplier engagements.
• Assist divisional product delivery reporting for Supply Chain and P&L organizations to ensure visibility.
