• Associate degree with 7+ years engineering/program management experience OR

• JD/PhD or 9+ years experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of accountability for assigned delivery improvement initiatives with charter, governance and outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of active and potential improvement projects including schedule, milestones, risk and progress reporting.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with planning, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to drive issues to closure.
