Responsibilities include converting legacy Adobe XD files to organized, reusable Figma assets, applying UX principles to optimize user flows, and leveraging AI tools like Figma Make and Copilot to accelerate production and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital, UX/UI, web, or marketing design with strong technical skills in Figma.
• Proven ability to convert or rebuild Adobe XD files into structured, reusable design assets.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and translating requirements into practical designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital assets for web, email, and marketing campaigns from initial concept through final approval.
• Convert legacy Adobe XD files into organized, standards-compliant Figma files to ensure consistency and reuse.
• Incorporate UX principles to optimize user flows and create accessible, intuitive designs aligned with brand identity.
• Suggest usability improvements and identify areas where design can enhance the user experience.
• Leverage AI and innovative tools such as Figma Make and Copilot to accelerate production, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
