Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Digital Designer (UX) & Creative for a Tampa, FL client in the Financial Services industry. You'll craft on-brand digital experiences across web, email, and marketing creative, building and iterating in Figma and migrating legacy assets.

You will apply UX best practices, design intuitive flows, and contribute to the design system while embracing AI and new tooling to speed production. A collaborative, quality-focused approach will help you grow your craft daily.

Qualifications

Experience in any design capacity (digital, UX/UI, graphic, web, or marketing design).
Strong proficiency in Figma; ability to build, organize, and iterate design files.
Experience converting or rebuilding Adobe XD files (or equivalent file-migration/rework).
Working knowledge of UX principles and user flows; translate requirements into usable designs.

Responsibilities

Produce digital designs in Figma—web pages, emails, banners, and marketing creative—from brief to routing-ready asset.
Convert and rebuild legacy Adobe XD files into clean, well-structured Figma files that follow components and naming conventions.
Apply UX best practices to map user flows and design intuitive, accessible experiences.
Flag usability issues and opportunities to improve the experience.
