Job summary

Trebecon LLC in Manhattan, NY is seeking an experienced UX Designer to shape user experiences for web applications. This role combines research, design, and collaboration with frontend teams to deliver high-fidelity interfaces.

You will conduct user research and usability testing, build user journeys and design systems, and ensure accessibility WCAG compliance while iterating based on analytics and stakeholder feedback. The position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX or product design for web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience with design systems and component-based front-end frameworks such as React.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise or data-heavy applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Define and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
• Collaborate with Front-End (React) and UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Present design concepts and rationale to client stakeholders
• Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
• Coordinate with the offshore UX Designer on handoffs and design continuity
