BambooHR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable data platforms, analytics systems, AI/ML infrastructure, and an enterprise knowledge layer that powers intelligent applications and AI agents. • Experience with Python, SQL, and data engineering frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data lakehouse architectures and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable data platforms, analytics systems, AI/ML infrastructure, and enterprise knowledge layers.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, PySpark and modern data engineering frameworks.
• Design and manage cloud-based data and AI infrastructure (Databricks preferred) and CI/CD pipelines for data systems.
