Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage US payroll processes at our Atlanta hybrid office. You will enter and audit employee data, produce weekly and semimonthly payroll reports, and resolve discrepancies with careful attention to regulatory requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma with payroll experience; experience with Workday and strong Excel/Word skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with payroll experience preferred or equivalent work history.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and complete payroll processing of US payroll, including data entry and auditing.
• Provide final payroll reports on weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly cycles.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities promptly.
• Handle escalated issues with appropriate managerial involvement.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate strong math and computer skills and effective written/oral communication.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy.
