Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks a Payroll Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. You will deliver timely, accurate service while ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.

The role sits within Shared Services and involves collaboration with Payroll, HR, and IT to improve processes. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with some in-person presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• FPC/CPP payroll certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex cases.
• Educate employees on payroll policies, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and track resolution progress.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT to improve processes.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and audits when requested.
