Job summary

LifeStream is a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We offer residential, community-based, and support services designed to promote independence and dignity.

The Workforce Scheduler will coordinate staffing across multiple residential locations using UKG/UltiPro, providing training and support to management and staff, and collaborating on staffing levels, timekeeping, and data

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Scheduling Software required; experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of 24/6 residential services or Human Services programming preferred.
• Experience generating and interpreting staffing, overtime, vacancy, and utilization reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs across multiple locations using UKG/UltiPro.
• Provide training to management and staff on scheduling processes and UKG functionality.
• Collaborate with management on staffing levels, vacancies, and call-outs.
• Audit schedules and timecards to ensure hours match worked time.
• Assist in outreach to relief and per diem staff to cover shifts.
• Collect and report workforce data to support program needs and budgets.
