Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on UX design for enterprise systems including wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions while upholding accessibility and branding.
• Experience applying UX principles to responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes to support agile development cycles.
• Bonus: experience with eligibility systems or rule‑based data intensive apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and journey mapping to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies per accessibility guidelines and branding.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to apply UI/UX best practices.
• Engage in discovery workshops, feedback sessions, and sprint planning to align with business goals.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar for design and usability testing.
