Job summary

AllianceIT Inc is seeking a senior-quality assurance and business analysis resource to ensure systems, data, and reporting meet business requirements and regulatory standards. This role bridges stakeholders, BSOs, developers, and testing teams to ensure solution delivery and release readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
Minimum of five (5) years in QA, UAT, or BA roles supporting enterprise systems.
Minimum of three (3) years in test automation including automation strategy development.
Strong experience in test strategy, test cases, and test scripts across various testing types.
Experience translating business needs into testable scenarios.
Data quality validation and data reconciliation experience.
Hands-on with QA/test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
Hands-on with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, UFT).
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Participate in JAR/JAD sessions to support requirements gathering, validation, and testing readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, vendors, and teams to analyze and refine requirements.
Perform both BA and UAT responsibilities as needed across projects.
Develop and maintain UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
Review requirements and designs to ensure risk-based test coverage.
Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts for multiple testing types.
Lead and coordinate UAT activities including testing and release readiness.
Coordinate with SIT and vendors to align testing efforts and reduce duplication.
Manage testing timelines, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
Facilitate walkthroughs and knowledge-sharing sessions for testing.
Manage full defect lifecycle and provide status reporting.
Track testing metrics and communicates results to stakeholders.
Enhance regression suites to improve coverage across CAPS systems.
Lead automation initiatives and implement automated regression testing.
