Job summary

Griffon Aerospace, based in Madison, Alabama, seeks two External-Internal Pilot positions to join a fast-paced, prototyping-focused team. You will participate in design, fabrication, assembly, and flight tests for aerial targets, bringing hands-on experience in assembly, modification, repair, and flight testing.

• FAA Part 107 (in command) Certification for UAS Pilot.
• FAA Class II medical certificate, or ability to qualify.
• 1 Year of Commercial UAS Piloting Experience
• Piccolo Experience A Must
• Understanding of FAA regulations and UAS industry
• Must be able to utilize MS Office and other online cloud storage/tools
• Experience with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and resin
• Hands-on aircraft system assembly experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read drawings and shop instructions
• Safety-oriented attitude on and off-site
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
