Ford is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely compensation for U.S. employees.

You will manage payroll functions, validate time and pay across platforms, and address employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations including UAW pay rules. The role collaborates with HR, external service providers, Labor Affairs, and finance teams, supporting year-end W-2 processes and the launch of Oracle Cloud payroll.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years payroll processing in a multi-state environment.
• Payroll tax experience required.
• Proficient with Oracle Cloud or similar payroll system.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and payroll compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure timely payments.
• Audit payroll runs and validate data using Runbooks.
• Execute payroll runs in Oracle Cloud Payroll System.
• Review post-payroll variance analyses and explain variances.
• Prepare Ops Review metrics and W-2/W-2C stats.
• Maintain W-2 year-end tasks timetable and assist with W-2 corrections.
• Assist with year-end W-2 process with HR and external partners.
• Support implementation of new hourly timekeeping system.
• Maintain accuracy of PTO configurations under UAW CBA.
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance.
