Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking attorneys to join our Trial Practice in the Cleveland, Ohio office. This role involves working on complex, high-stakes litigation matters with hands-on trial experience.

Candidates should have 2–7 years of litigation experience, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and be admitted to practice in Ohio (Pennsylvania is a plus). The position offers a hybrid schedule in Cleveland with starting salary of $190,000 per year.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling discovery.
• Trial experience or a demonstrated interest in trying cases.
• Admission to practice law in Ohio is required.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Assist in developing case strategy and providing client counseling.
• Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Handle court appearances and argue motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Work with fact and expert witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions.
