Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Assist in developing case strategy and client counseling.
• Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Handle court appearances and argue motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Work with fact and expert witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions.
