Jobot seeks an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Associate for our firm in Hilliard, OH. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of civil litigation and demonstrated trial experience.

This on-site, permanent role involves managing complex matters from inception to trial, drafting pleadings, and presenting arguments in court, within a respected national practice.

Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school and Ohio Bar admission. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 per year.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate liability and exposure.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and prepare for hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other litigation events.
• Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and internal stakeholders.
