The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Treatment Analyst within DDAP’s Bureau of County Program Oversight to monitor and guide the 47 SCAs through treatment needs assessments and treatment plans, supporting data-driven decisions to reduce addiction and promote recovery.

The position involves collaboration with counties and providers, a mix of in-office and telework options, and a standard full-time schedule. PA residency and other requirements apply.

Competenze

• Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience; and a bachelor's degree.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Program Oversight: Manage grant programs by monitoring fiscal, program, and compliance activities.
• Treatment Support: Coordinate and guide evidence based practices for treatment and case management services.
• Policy Guidance: Develop recommendations that strengthen programs and align them with state and federal standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Support counties and providers through assessments, onsite visits, and technical assistance.
