Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders in Lancaster, PA. The role offers on-site work with flexible scheduling and opportunities for telehealth one day per week for eligible providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required
• Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during graduate program (preferred)
• Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy (preferred)
• PA State Police Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field
